My name is Amanda Murray and I am a registered nurse who has worked in mental health for over 20 years. I specialize in guiding individuals to achieve meaningful, lasting results through proven, practical strategies. Rooted in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my approach helps clients identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, build effective habits and create sustainable change.
With a strong focus on consistency, I empower my clients to move beyond short-term motivation and develop routines that support long term growth. My tailored method combines evidence based techniques with deep understanding of each clients unique needs, ensuring personalized and effective solutions.
I am truly passionate about helping others, and I strive to create a supportive, results-driven environment where clients can build confidence, gain clarity, and unlock their full potential. I work with teens, students, busy parents, and anyone facing stress, anxiety, and burnout. My inclusive approach is designed for everyone and is grounded in natural, evidence-based care.

Using a structured, no excuses approach grounded in CBT principles, I help you break patterns, build discipline, and create habits that fit your real life.
